Do I need such a channel?
The Act on the protection of whistleblowers of 14 June 2024 and EU Directive 2019/1937 require an internal reporting channel for entities from 50 employees (and lower in some sectors). No compliant channel is a real legal and reputational risk.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. You create an account, set the logo, colours and responsible people in the wizard, and publish the link. No technical knowledge.
Is the reporter truly anonymous?
Yes. The reporting page stores no IP, loads no external resources and does not track. The reporter uses a case number and PIN. Operator and partner never see content or identity.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union only, encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups. 3-year retention with automatic deletion and a log entry.
