Privacy policy
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polski version prevails.
This policy describes what personal data we process in connection with the sygnadesk service, for what purpose and on what legal basis.
1. Data controller
The controller of data processed to run the Service (user accounts, contact details, billing) is Jeton Cloud spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, ul. Domaniewska 37, 02-672 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000850403, NIP 5213901362, REGON 386529721 (the "operator"). Contact: hello@sygnadesk.com. The operator has appointed a data protection officer: iod@jeton.pl. For report content, the User's organisation remains the controller and the operator acts as a processor.
2. Scope and purposes
We process data necessary to provide the service: account data, contact details, billing data and technical security logs. The whistleblower page deliberately does not store IP addresses or use tracking.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations (c) and for legitimate interests (f); for the contact form, on the basis of consent (a).
4. Data location
Data is hosted, encrypted and backed up solely within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
5. Retention
We keep report data in line with statutory requirements (as a rule three years) and then delete it. Account and billing data is kept for the period required by law and for the duration of the contract.
6. Your rights and contact
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. For data protection matters, write to hello@sygnadesk.com or directly to the data protection officer at iod@jeton.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
